DJ Tips in under a minute: tip from Photographer Melissa McClure – – ProBeatzMaker

DJ Tips in under a minute: tip from Photographer Melissa McClure. I had a chance to speak with Melissa McClure about how DJs lights affect pictures at a wedding. She brought up a great point about laser lights and not shining them on the bride and groom, especially during the first dance. Melissa does like the lights, but feels the memories are better if they are pointed up on the ceiling above the B&G.

DJ Tips in under a minute: get hired by a DJ from YouTube. One of my subscribers lives in SoCal and was getting married, so he called me for the wedding! He had been watching my channel and liked what he saw and decided he would hire me to DJ his wedding, oh yeah HE IS A WEDDING DJ! The point is that if you show your work on YouTube you stand a good chance of getting hired to do what you love!

DJ Tips – Draw Attention To A Table With LED Back lighting – – ProBeatzMaker

The ADJ Ultra Bar 6 was used here, but any LED par or bar will work. ADJ’s GO battery powered series of pars & bars work great for cable-free table back lighting.

DJ Tips in under a minute: a great ring recomendation – – ProBeatzMaker

DJ Tips in under a minute: a great ring recommendation. We as DJs are often in places where we can make recommendations to a bride and groom about more than just music, and I think this is a good one. It’s a silicone ring that looks good but is made for the active type along with being a very safe alternative to a precious metal ring. A lot of my clients have jobs where a gold ring may actually be dangerous, so this is a safe and inexpensive way around any hazard.
