DJ Tips in under a minute: move a hard drive of music off site. I have a main drive of music and a back-up that both go to gigs with me, and now I have a third drive that I am moving to my mother in laws house for safe keeping. You should have a drive away from your residence so as to be extra safe if there is a disaster at your home, hopefully it will never come to that but having the back-up is always a good idea.

DJ Tips in under a minute: Spotify for on and off line music. Spotify is another music source where you can play music while on line and off line by creating playlists and saving them. The big advantage is that some (Djay) software will use the off line playlists as a source, so you could play back tracks without an internet connection as long as they were in the off line playlists. The Pioneer DJ WeGo can control Djay so as a great back up this would be awesome. There is a $9.99 fee per month, but I think that is more than reasonable for the potential ability that it offers!

DJ Tips in under a minute: back up folder from an external drive to an internal drive in Serato. I only use external drives when I DJ with Serato DJ, but I have decided to cover my self by making a 1000-2000 song crate and then moving it to my internal drive. I do bring back up drives but wanted to be covered by having a folder of songs in the internal as well.
